What To Do
- -Treat Ambessa like Irelia — very weak without items, so play confidently levels 1-6. I've only played against a handful of Ambessas in lane and am not really sure if there is a specific win-con here other than normal assassin matchups.
- -Post-6 with items, she can 100-0 you if you get clipped by her R with flash down. They recently increased the channel time, so it should be easier to dodge with tier 2 boots.
- -Her waveclear and Q2 poke becomes strong after she bases once or twice, so once that happens the plan should be to shove wave, roam, and get 2 items and make plays around the map.

Matchup Tip: Treat Ambessa like a weaker version of Irelia that is very item dependent. Play confidently levels 1-6 to secure a gold lead, and after she gets items and ult, be very careful. Getting clipped is usually a summoner spell or instant death.

She's weak early, so punish her with autos and play for a CS/gold lead before she scales. If she uses both of her Q casts, go in for a big trade, since the cd is long (14 seconds at rank 1)

Very dangerous post-6 with items. Her R can 100-0 you if you get clipped with flash down. Her Q2 poke and waveclear becomes strong after first back. Respect her damage and look to shove + roam rather than extended lane fights.
