What To Do

  • -This matchup isn't common, but it is quite easy for Quinn.
  • -It appears that her W root always hits you until about level 9.
  • -You need boots rush in this matchup if you want to escape her W root.
  • -If she roots you later, instantly E her, auto harrier, then run back to escape her W root.
  • -If karma ever Qs a minion or misses Q on you, instantly run her down becasue that's legit all her damage.
  • -You must punish her every time she uses Q.
  • -Do not sit there and farm, you have to punish her for this since it is free.
  • -If she uses Q, instantly vault her then run her down for a big trade.
  • -Even if she lands W root on you, without Q she does legit no damage.
  • -Her empowered Q does a lot of damage, but the CD is 40 seconds so it isn't problematic.
  • -Play behind minions so her Qs can't hit you as easily.

Level-by-Level

Matchup Tip

If Karma ever uses Q on the wave or misses her Q on you, instantly vault her and launch your combo on her. Even if Karma lands W root on you, she has no follow up damage and so you hard win the trade without her Q.

L1

You can Quinn Cheese level 1 from the bush and then zone her off the wave. You win level 1 hard, but be careful of her empowered ability level 1. She will likely empower Q you, so try to side step after landing E if you can. if she misses this ability, then she is screwed.

L2

If Karma Ws you, vault her + attack should help you escape it since you slow her with your E. Even though her E grants her more ms than your W does, your E slow + W proc is enough to escape it. I typically love fleet against Karma because you can escape her W almost every time with a fleet proc added on top of it. If Karma uses Q on the wave or if she misses it on you, instantly go in for a trade because that's her damage. Even if she lands her empowered W root on you, without her Q damage it is meaningless.

L6

There is no threat for her ult. Play the lane super aggro and run her down with trades whenever you get the opportunity to.
