What To Do
- -As long as you don't play his game, you will scale for free and beat him every time.
- -Shaco has very little kill pressure in lane, especially against a ranged champ with a disengage from his Q. The only way he kills you is by poking you down with E and then engaging on you with ignite.
- -There will likely be boxes scattered in the bushes and around the sides of the lane. Play in the middle and do not chase him, as he needs to his his boxes to do anything.
- -Bringing some form of sustain in this lane will help survive his chip damage once he gets a lost chapter.
- -Quinn passive can mark the fake Shaco, but his ult does not remove harrier, so a trick you can do if you want to engage for an all-in is to mark him with your E but dont consume it and let him R. After he reappears, the real shaco will still have the passive, and then you can finish your all in.
Level-by-Level
L1
You hard win early, he cannot do anything to you. Feel free to use E aggressively and go for big trades. On the off-chance it is an AD shaco with hail of blades instead of comet, save your E for if/when he Q's since you are going to want to disengage from the HOB damage.
L6
Try to mark Shaco with passive before he ults (igniting also works), so you can distinguish his clone. Note the clone can copy ability usage, but they will not do any damage. So if a shaco E does no damage, that one is the clone. Play smart, dont chase him around, especially under tower - and scale to victory.
